We Are Ability Ltd offer IT support, consultancy and security services to clients throughout the region.

Business Manager Vicky O'Grady told us: "As a local employer we are passionate about supporting our young people into work.  By investing in our young people, providing them with jobs and educational training we affect the wider economy and community as they will pass skills to others and spend their money earned in the local economy."

Talking about the benefits to their business, Vicky said: "It provides our business with new ideas and talent and also gives a young person new skills and opportunities, which in turn benefit our business. It allows us to grow our business and invest in employees"

Vicky told us that We Are Ability Ltd have recently provided an 8 week work placement and are hoping to be recruiting an IT engineer later in the year.

Speaking about the Skills Pledge campaign, Vicky said: "Support our young people, they are the future for our businesses and by investing in them, we, the community and the wider economy will reap the rewards."
