Neil & Brown Global Logistics

Neil and Brown signed up to three of the Skill pledges; investing in the skills of your workforce, offering an apprenticeship and supporting the development of employability skills. The company were interested in the pledge as they want to give people a chance of employment and for that to lead on to long term career prospects for that individual. Currently Neil & Brown have two prospective employees in training with local institutions, Hull College and TIR training. Their advice to others considering joining the Humber Skills Pledge is “It takes time, effort and money, make sure you have all of these resources available but it’s worth it in the end.”
