Pure Training Solutions

As a progressive training company, Pure Training Solutions signed up to the Skills Pledge as it will help them to continue to engage and work with business’s, stakeholders and individuals to ensure a strong and skilled workforce is available.

Since signing the Pledge Pure Training Solutions have started delivering the following three initiatives:

1. They are Delivering skills training to the unemployed and learners more recently made redundant.
2. They are delivering recruitment solutions by matching learners completing skills training programmes to employer vacancies and working with the learner and employer to match the most appropriate learner to each vacancy.
3. Finally they are developing strong working and delivery partnerships with colleges, job centres and employers.

They were already fulfilling some of the pledges as they deliver a range of industry standard compliance courses and apprenticeship training programmes in Catering and Hospitality & Customer Service. The Skills Pledge gives them recognition for all of this.

Pure Training Solutions Deliver apprenticeship training programmes and work based training that includes; health and safety, food safety, first aid, risk assessment, catering and hospitality, security, door supervision and conflict management skills.
