Employability Skills
FEO signed up to the pledge to support the development of employability skills. They did this as they are passionate about local people finding and progressing in their careers in the local economy and their focus is promoting self employment and entrepreneurship as a career option. Whilst FEO has signed up to two of the pledges which are delivered on centrally, throughout their membership all six of the pledges are fulfilled many times over.
Signing up to pledge will benefit FEO members by giving them the opportunity to inspire and encourage others. It will benefit the wider community by reducing unemployment which in turn will lead to a more positive and aspirational workforce who is earning money that in turn will be spent it in the local economy.
